Jun 2026ClarityComply is a decision-and-evidence layer for sterile processing — it guides the reprocessing decision at the point of work and captures a survey-ready record of every step, on top of the tracking systems facilities already run.
ClarityComply is an operational decision-intelligence platform for the teams that reprocess surgical instruments and flexible endoscopes. Rather than tracking where instruments are, ClarityComply guides the reprocessing decision as the work happens — turning instructions for use and standards such as AAMI ST79 and ST91 into guided, gated workflows — and captures a permanent, attributed, survey-ready record of every decision. It is designed to sit on top of existing tracking systems rather than replace them, spanning independent practices, hospital sterile processing departments, multi-hospital systems, and enterprise networks, as well as a certification program for device manufacturers. ClarityComply was founded by Josh Williams, a former sterile processing technician, and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Josh Williams built ClarityComply from the floor up. He founded SurgiHealth Solutions after beginning his career as a sterile processing technician, where he experienced firsthand the operational challenges hospitals face every day. Over the past decade, he has grown that company into a trusted supplier of sterile processing products, education, and workflow solutions serving healthcare facilities across the United States. That path — from the decontam side of the window to years building inside the departments he came from — is the origin of ClarityComply's core idea: that the highest-stakes reprocessing decisions deserve a tool that guides them in the moment and proves them afterward.
He's currently available for interviews and background conversations, and speaks from direct operator experience rather than secondhand.
Recognition reflects the founder's track record. ClarityComply is in commercial execution.
