Purpose

An operational evaluation,
not a software trial.

Healthcare environments are complex. Operational systems must integrate with real workflows, real staff, and real compliance requirements. The ClarityComply Pilot Program is designed to prove value in your specific environment — before a full deployment is agreed.

What the Pilot Enables
01 Real-environment deployment. The platform runs within your actual operational workflows — not a staged demo environment.
02 Live decision flow guidance. Staff interact with ClarityComply during real shifts, real scenarios, and real compliance moments.
03 Policy alignment validation. Your facility's policies are embedded into decision flows during the pilot period for direct compliance evaluation.
04 Leadership-level insight. Operational leaders receive structured review of platform usage, decision patterns, and compliance outcomes across the pilot.
05 Adoption evidence. Staff usability and workflow integration are measured — giving leadership confidence in system-wide deployment decisions.
Positioning

The pilot is not a free trial. It is a structured operational evaluation program for leadership teams. This distinction matters — it keeps ClarityComply positioned as compliance infrastructure, not software to be sampled.

Pilot Deliverables

Everything needed to
evaluate operationally.

Each pilot deployment is a fully configured operational environment — not a limited demo. The following are included in every pilot engagement.

Full Access
Platform Access

Complete access to the ClarityComply decision flow platform for all participating staff throughout the pilot period.

Scenario Library
Core Scenario Library

Baseline operational scenarios relevant to sterile processing and clinical workflow management, active from day one.

Sterilizer failures Wet pack events Biologic indicator failures Packaging defects Equipment malfunctions
Policy Integration
Facility Policy Mapping

Your facility's policies are embedded into decision flows during the pilot — so the platform reflects your actual operational requirements, not generic guidance.

Leadership Review
Structured Pilot Review

At pilot close, operational leaders receive a structured summary of platform usage, staff decision patterns, and compliance observations from the evaluation period.

Scope Note

Pilot scope is confirmed during the qualification call. Deployment is limited to the agreed operational area — typically a single SPD — for the duration of the pilot period.

Pilot Timeline

Structured from
day one.

The pilot follows a defined four-phase structure. Each phase has a clear objective, ensuring the evaluation produces meaningful insight for leadership decision-making.

P1
Days 1–7
Qualification & Configuration
Platform overview call confirms facility fit. Configuration begins: facility profile, policy mapping scope, and scenario library activation. Staff roles and access defined.
P2
Days 8–30
Initial Deployment
Platform goes live across participating shifts. Staff begin interacting with decision flows during real operational scenarios. Adoption and usage patterns observed.
P3
Days 31–52
Operational Evaluation
Core evaluation period. Decision flow usage, compliance alignment, and staff decision consistency are observed across multiple shifts and scenario types.
P4
Days 53–60
Leadership Review & Decision
Structured review session with operational leadership. Platform usage summary, compliance observations, and full deployment pathway presented.
Duration

Pilot duration is 60 days. This allows sufficient time for staff exposure across multiple shifts and a meaningful range of operational scenarios.

Evaluation Framework

What leadership
measures.

The pilot is designed to produce evidence across four operational dimensions. Each is observed during the evaluation period and summarised in the leadership review at close.

👥
Staff Adoption

How consistently staff engage with decision flows across shifts. Whether guidance is being used at the point of decision rather than bypassed.

⚖️
Decision Consistency

Whether the same scenario produces the same decision pathway across different staff, shifts, and experience levels — the core consistency problem ClarityComply addresses.

📋
Compliance Alignment

How well decision outputs align with facility policy, regulatory standards, and manufacturer IFU requirements throughout the pilot period.

🔦
Operational Clarity

Staff confidence and decision speed during unexpected or complex scenarios — the moments where tribal knowledge and policy memory most commonly fail.

Pilot Close
Leadership Review Deliverable

At the end of the pilot period, leadership receives a structured summary review — covering platform usage data, decision pattern observations, compliance alignment findings, and a recommended deployment pathway if applicable. This review is the basis for the full deployment decision.

From Pilot to Full Deployment

Infrastructure that
scales with you.

If the pilot demonstrates operational value, the transition to full deployment is direct. Pilot environments do not need to be rebuilt — they expand.

Pilot Environment
Single SPD · Controlled Scope

The pilot runs within a defined operational boundary — typically one sterile processing department, one facility.

Full Deployment
Facility-Wide · Multi-Department

Full deployment expands the pilot environment to additional departments, additional facilities, or system-wide — based on the agreed SOW.

Expansion Pathways
Single facility, full SPD deployment. Pilot scope expands to cover all shifts, all technicians, and the complete scenario library for the facility.
Multi-department expansion. Platform extended to Infection Prevention, Risk Management, or Nursing escalation pathways within the same facility.
Health system rollout. Pilot serves as the deployment template for additional facilities within the health system. Enterprise agreement structured accordingly.
If the Pilot Doesn't Convert

If the pilot evaluation does not result in a full deployment decision, the facility retains the leadership review and usage summary. No data is exported from the platform. Decision logic, workflow configurations, and scenario libraries remain ClarityComply's proprietary infrastructure.

See it running in
your environment.

The fastest way to understand ClarityComply is to watch it respond to a real event inside your department. Your workflows, your policies, your scenarios—translated into structured decision guidance and deployed within your environment.
